After animation completion, there is an extra delay before the action is completed and the resources spawned/added. For Axes, it is 0.1 sec. For Pickaxes, Shovels, Hoes, Scythes, and Sickles it is 0.25 sec. Flails and Buckets do not have any extra delay.
